We delivered a PickMat first of all, with double material shuttles as a stand-alone solution. A year later, a move into a new hall gave space for a TowerMat, and with it, fully automated laser production. The storage system provides room for 62 system pallets. Of these, 30 are for raw material storage, 30 for the storage of individual steel plates, and 2 for bundles of sheets cut to stack.
This system has allowed the customer to significantly increase their productivity, and not only thanks to the unmanned night work. They also have an oversight of the cut orders and raw materials at all times.
