We have installed an impressive storage system for the dutch manufacturer of sun protection systems. 16 storage towers provide long goods and metal profiles up to 7,700 mm in length fully automatically at the push of a button. With a total payload of up to 400 tons, an enormous storage volume is created here in the smallest of spaces. The delivery of the stock goods directly to the production line reduces the effort and personnel expenditure to a maximum. In addition, the driver-over bearing offers some special features such as a lifting and lowering station, the possibility of storing interchangeable cassettes, safety laser scanners and much more.
